How Scheduled Orders Work

Scheduled Orders empower your customers to plan their purchases in advance. Here’s how it simplifies the buying process:

1. Vaulting and Choosing the Date

   Shoppers can securely vault their payment method and select a future date at which they want their order to be processed. We always communicate to the shopper that their item is not reserved and their order is not confirmed until payment is made.

2. Inventory Check at Time of Purchase

   On the day, we do a live check to make sure the items are still in stock. This guarantees that we only process orders that can be fulfilled.

3. Communication

   If an item is no longer available on the scheduled day, we will notify the shopper promptly that the order cannot be processed and that the payment has not been processed.
